Doctor appointments are now once a week, thank God. Next week I'll be having another fetal fibronectin test for preterm labor and since the test is good for 2 weeks, that brings me to the 20th. So, I may know my c section date next Tuesday! WOO HOO! I was also told by the doc that I need to eat more food and drink more caloric beverages. Never thought that would happen!! It's hot as hell here and I can't eat a lot at one sitting, but I am eating. Not sure why I haven't gained any weight in the last few weeks. But, I'm trying to eat more and drink more since it's better for the babies.
It's very real now and I'm getting very nervous!!

- I’m in my early to mid thirties and just admitting that gives me a twitch. Age didn’t just start to bother me so it’s ok. However, I just found out that I’m in my “advanced maternal age” since I waited too long (apparently) to decide to have a child. I never wanted kids. I don’t really like kids that much. I do LOVE babies though. But, seriously, last year I went through a mid life crisis and I had an epiphany that I just needed to have a child. Not sure why exactly, just that it was something important that I had to do. I’m still on the fence as to whether I’ll actually be a good mother or not, but it’s a bit late for that. I’ve been married 5 years to a wonderful, loving, sexy man who just happens to be the nicest dick-head I’ve ever met. Trust me, that’s a compliment. Even his mother agrees.
